Murfreesboro City Schools, the Tennessee School Board Association (TSBA) and communities across the state will recognize the work of boards of education Jan. 25- 31, 2015 during School Board Appreciation Week.

The Murfreesboro City School Board works tirelessly to support our public school system. As advocates for our students, they voluntarily devote their time, resources and expertise to ensure that our students receive a first-class education and an opportunity for future success in life. Their efforts have a lasting effect on school budgets, policy and student achievement within our community. In light of all that they do, we are taking time aside from January 25 to 31 to honor our board members for their commitment to Murfreesboro City’s school children.
