The Mitchell-Neilson
vision is to be a leading educational center where parents, faculty and
students work toward common goals of academic excellence and citizenship.
The students will become lifelong learners whose individual talents are
enhanced, whose unique learning styles are addressed, and who are equipped
with skills and provided opportunities to develop their own potential
in a supportive and innovative learning environment.

*All
schools in the Murfreesboro City School System utilize the district mission,
vision, core beliefs, and goals to guide their instruction. However in
celebration of the unique culture that exists in each of our school buildings,
individual building teams have created vision, and motto statements that
express their individuality while still embodying the system statements.
