PTO MEETING April 9, 2009 Minutes

Sign in: Attending were Linda Gavin, Barbara Sales, Linda Hill and Vular Anderson. Thank you to those who attended.
T-shirt Sale: The PTO sponsored a successful T-shirt sale during Parent-Teacher conferences. We raised $550 during this sale. Thank you.
Financial Report : The PTO has enough money on hand to give $100 per classroom to start next year. ALso some for teacher appreciation and the 5th & 6th grade dance.
Survey: We are accumulating the results of the PTO surveys and will use them when planning our skate nights, PTO meetings and fund raisers.
Next PTO meeting: The next PTO meeting will be the last of the year. It is scheduled for May 7 @ 2:45.
Next Skate night: Due to changes in our testing our skate night for April is cancelled. WE will have our last skate night in early May
Teacher Appreciation: Our dessert luncheon for teacher appreciation has yet to have a specific date set.
Mega Party Date: Mega blow up party is scheduled for this Wed. April 22. It will be held during your child’s special area time. Please come and enjoy the fun.
5th
& 6th Grade Dance: date and volunteers- Once again folks, we
cannot have a 5th and 6th grade dance without a
committee. We need a chairman and
volunteers or it can’t happen. We are planning for a Friday night in May. Either the 16th
or the 22nd. Please
let us know, soon, if you want to be on the committee.
