FINANCIAL REPORT
The PTO will regularly publish a financial report so everyone will know what our membership fees and fundraising efforts support. At the beginning of each school year the PTO donates $100.00 to each teacher’s classroom account for necessities needed by your child during the school year. This year that was $3,200.

ROOM PARENTS:
PTO is seeking a room parent for each classroom. Connect with your child's teacher if you are interested.

SKATE NIGHT CALENDAR: SKATE NIGHTS are 6p.m.-8.pm.
If our students attend 9 skate nights, the homeroom with the largest accumulated skate night attendance will win a free skate/pizza party field trip.

(The first night was very successful. We had 72 skaters. Ms. Seaton’s class had the most attendance)

January thru May will be 2nd Thursday of the month.
There will be reminders. Please plan to attend at least one skate night.
PTO MEETINGS 3rd Thursday of the month
(To make it easy we will have some meetings at 3:00 p.m. for car riders and teachers to attend and some at 6:00 p.m. for people who work. The meetings are in the school library.)
First Meeting is Aug 30 @ 6.00
September and November meetings will be @ 3:00.
Meeting times after New Year’s will be announced later. Please plan to attend at least one meeting.
The more input we have the smarter we can be.

SMARTCARD RESULTS - We earned $3,912 . GOOD WORK TEAM! We will be purchasing ELMOS
Two teachers each won a wireless mouse for their classroom. Mrs. Hunt for most sales. Ms. Coltharp for best class participation. Thank you, everyone.
TEACHER APPRECIATION - We will have a teacher appreciation brunch December 13th.
FUNDRAISERS
The second fund raiser, cookie dough sales will be in February with delivery the week of March 10th.
