Breakfast and lunch is now available for distance learners at no charge. Meals will be distributed one time weekly and will include 5 breakfast meals and 5 lunch meals, some of which will be frozen and need to be heated at home.
The meals must be picked up at the student’s school each Monday between 3:00-4:00 p.m. for schools with a 7:30 a.m. bell time, or 4:00-5:00 p.m. for schools with an 8:30 a.m. bell time, and 3:15-4:00 p.m. for 7:45 a.m. bell time schools. Meals will be picked-up at the front of the school.
These meals are also available for any child ages 18 and under regardless of whether they attend Murfreesboro City Schools. Parents simply need to complete and return the Distance Learning Meal Application and indicate a school pick-up location.
