KINDERGARTEN 2008-09

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION – MAY 7, 2008

At this time they must bring proof of address – current utility bill that shows the name and address of parent or legal guardian.

1.  *Birth Certificate

 2. Social Security Number

3. *A Tennessee Certificate of Immunization – Green Card

4. *Evidence of a current Medical Examination

*Required Items           

*A Tennessee Green Card must be on file in order for the student to enter school on
July 21, 2008.

If there is a change of address after registration a current utility bill showing the new address must be submitted to the school.
