MCS News Update

Students from Bradley Academy, led by teacher Allison Isom, delivered award-winning performances at the Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta. The Festival draws students from across the country. The drama team spent the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend at the festival. While there, students and teachers participate in workshops led by professionals from Broadway and West End. They also perform selections from a Broadway-style show that are judged by theater professionals.

Team members winning individual accolades include:

  • Kamiyah Collins and Sunny Gant – performers
  • Ethan Parker – technical
  • Uriel Vasquez – Most Inspirational Award
  • Drama Teacher Allison Isom – Freddie G Award

This was the first year Bradley students participated in the Festival.

Bradley Academies next performance will be Peter Pan, Jr. The performance will be held in March at The Center for the Arts.
