Fingerprinting - All applicants shall be fingerprinted. Criminal background checks are required for all positions.
Prior to entering service, all employees shall present a certificate showing a satisfactory health record which shall include:
Results of a tuberculin test; and
A physicians statement indicating the individual is free of contagious and communicable diseases.
